What size and type of business can I refer?
39D IT accepts referrals for organisations that are looking for a Fully Managed IT Support service for a minimum of 5 users. You can find out more about this service by visiting our Fully Managed IT Support services overview page.

What will I receive for a successful referral?
You’ll receive £200 for every successful referral, PLUS we’ll donate an additional £100 to your selected charity of choice.
What is considered to be a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful when the organisation referred to us has remained an active client for one month after they have signed a Fully Managed IT Services agreement.
How many times can I participate?
You can participate in the referral scheme as many times as you like. There is no limit to the number of Organisations that you can refer to us.
Is my reward taxable?
We are unable to provide financial advice. However, your professional and personal tax position should always be considered.
When will I receive my financial reward?
Your charity of choice will receive £100 immediately after the referred customer has signed a Fully Managed IT Services agreement.
As the referrer, you will receive your £200 reward immediately after the client has remained an active client for one month from the date they signed their IT Services agreement.
Any reward will be paid directly to you via BACS transfer. We will contact your charity separately to arrange transferring their payment.

How do I sign up for the referral scheme?
Simply provide all of your personal contact details and details of the organisation you are referring in the online contact form below. You will then be emailed a copy of our referral program terms and conditions, which you will need to sign and send back to us via post, email or fax. Contact details will be provided with the T’s and C’s.
We will contact you to confirm the referral details are correct and then proceed to contact the Organisation you have referring to us using the details provided.
