39Degrees helps growing businesses across Kent take control of user support, Microsoft 365, business laptops and day-to-day IT management. Start with the problems costing time or creating risk, then decide what actually needs to change.
A useful first conversation
Tell us what is getting in the way of the business today. We will focus on ownership, user impact and the questions worth answering next, not on presenting a licence stack.
Not ready to speak? Estimate support cost or check your current service.
A managed service is easier to evaluate when you start with what the business needs to be true, then look at the technology underneath it.
Give users one clear support route and ownership of the next useful action when technology gets in the way.
Managed support → 02Manage identities, Microsoft 365, supported devices and security controls more consistently as the business grows.
Microsoft 365 management → 03Make backup and recovery responsibilities visible instead of assuming they are buried somewhere inside “IT support”.
Review the gaps → 04Identify recurring problems, ageing devices, joiner/leaver friction and Microsoft changes before they become urgent.
See the onboarding model →A business rarely changes support because of one ticket. It changes when delays, hand-offs and workarounds become normal.
Employees stop raising tickets and work around problems instead.
Internet, software and hardware issues bounce between providers.
Accounts, licences, laptops and access depend on several people remembering separate steps.
There is a product, but nobody can confidently explain the route back to work.
The relationship is a ticket queue with no route for ageing devices, recurring issues or upcoming changes.
Use the tools without committing to a plan. They are designed to make the first conversation more useful, not to hide the result behind an email form.
Score ownership, user support, Microsoft 365, devices, recovery and ongoing improvement. See the result immediately.
Run the health check →BudgetModel Silver or Gold support by user count using the live prices from the website.
Estimate monthly cost →Human reviewTalk through the current problems and leave with a clearer list of what is worth investigating next.
Request the review →The same IT failure means something different in a manufacturer, a professional services firm and a multi-site construction business. These pages focus on those differences rather than swapping a sector name into generic copy.
Lost production information, delayed orders, specialist applications and recovery priorities.
IT support for manufacturing →Billable time, Microsoft 365, client work, hybrid users and joiner/leaver discipline.
IT support for professional services →Office, site and mobile users with managed laptops, Microsoft 365 and changing project teams.
IT support for construction & property →Add any mixture of models to one plan. The price shown is the customer rental price for the selected term, with device preparation and delivery included.
