Flexible terms for real business requirements
Choose 3 months for shorter requirements, 6 or 12 months for projects and expanding teams, or 24 months where you want the lowest monthly hardware recovery cost. The selected rental term is fixed at checkout and the Direct Debit schedule ends after the agreed number of instalments.

Device preparation and delivery are included in the quoted customer rental price. All website prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
What happens at the end of the agreement?
The laptop remains rental equipment and must be returned unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. The rental terms also set out responsibility for loss, theft, damage and non-returned equipment.

Do you rent laptops to consumers?
No. The service is designed for businesses and organisations acting for business purposes.
Is IT support compulsory with a rented laptop?
The current 39D rental offer combines each rented laptop with either Silver or Gold managed IT support.
Are prices shown including VAT?
No. Website prices are shown plus VAT. The checkout calculates VAT and GoCardless collects the VAT-inclusive instalment.
Who owns the laptop?
39D or the supplying business retains ownership of rented equipment. The customer is responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession or control.
