Where do you deliver?
39Degrees supplies business laptop rental services to UK business customers. Delivery is subject to order acceptance, stock availability and confirmation of the delivery address and authorised recipient.
What does the quoted price include?
The monthly rental calculation includes device preparation and standard delivery. There is therefore no additional standard shipping fee added to the online checkout. Optional services such as custom laptop branding are shown separately.
When will the laptop arrive?
Delivery timing is agreed after the order has been reviewed and the Direct Debit setup has been completed. Timing can depend on stock, the number of devices, configuration work, Microsoft 365 or Intune requirements, branding and the delivery location. We do not publish a guaranteed transit time unless it has been agreed for the specific order.
Remote and home workers
Where authorised by the customer, equipment can be prepared for an employee and sent to the confirmed business or remote-working delivery address. The customer remains responsible for the rented equipment in accordance with the rental terms.
Returns are different from delivery
Rented equipment remains the property of THIRTY NINE DEGREES LTD and must be returned at the end of the agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Return arrangements are governed by the rental agreement rather than a consumer retail returns policy.
